#it is required with customer or stakeholder

#s/w projects start with data gathering and requirement analysis is the communication activities on which full project

depends

2.planning

#any major project or work has to be planned properly same is the case of s/w projects

#planning is done for the time that is schedule is made

#planning is even used to identify the type of risk involve throughout the project

#it also involves resource management which could be people, machenery and infrastructure

3.modelling

#modelling creates the different model of the s/w so that it will be useful for the customer as well as developer to

understand the requirements of the s/w

#generally modelling is a part of s/w design

4.construction

#in construction stage the design of the model which is design to understand s/w model converted or coded

#this means the s/w is programmed or actually developed

#it can be tested manually or automated

5.deployment

#the develpoment is done when the s/w is developed partially or fully

#in the phase s/w product is delivered to the customer

customer evaluates this product and gives feedback abiout it to the develpoment team
